We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Chennai,MH  India.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

A bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in Network Operations, Projects, Deployment and Troubleshooting areas. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, including Cisco multiple Cisco products, SD WAN, Palo Alto, F5, Infoblox, and McAfee Proxy’s and Aruba Networks.  Supporting complex and scalable network infrastructures.

Proficient in configuring, and managing Cisco network devices such as routers, switches, and Palo Alto firewalls, F5 Load balancers and Infoblox devices to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls, implementing advanced security policies and troubleshoot escalated issues. 

Skilled in deploying and managing F5 application delivery controllers (GTM and LTM devices) to optimize application traffic, enhance load balancing, and ensure seamless user experience.

In-depth knowledge of Infoblox solutions for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (IPAM), automating core network services and improving network visibility and security.

Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI for policy-driven automation, centralized network management, and integration with data center and cloud environments.

Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning using industry-standard tools and protocols.

Experience with network automation and orchestration using scripting and tools to streamline operations and reduce manual interventions. 

Good understanding and knowledge in Splunk would be an added advantage. 

 Strong understanding of network security principles, including segmentation, VPN Technologies, Wireshark Packet Capture.

Ability to analyze network traffic, diagnose issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, application, and business units.

Experience supporting large-scale, distributed enterprise networks with integration of modern technologies and cloud services.

Self-motivated and proactive in researching emerging networking trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, with advanced degree preferred  
  • CCNP or CCIE certification is an added advantage, demonstrating advanced networking expertise and commitment to professional development.
  • Should be comfortable with the following technology stack, tools and processes:  
  • nGenius Packet Analyser, Splunk, Wireshark packet analyser, Forward Networks, Cisco Thousand eyes ETc.
