About Us

At Legora, we’re on a mission to transform the way lawyers work. Our AI-native platform lets legal professionals enhance their productivity and automate complex workflows. We collaborate closely with our clients and iterate at a market-leading pace. In a year, we have gone from an early MVP to tools used daily by thousands of lawyers, and are now scaling rapidly. We are here to win together with our team and clients, and carry the belief that life is too short not to accomplish something truly special.

You are joining an early-stage scale-up with exceptional product-market fit, trusted by global leaders like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin and Bird & Bird. Backed by over $110M in funding from top investors including ICONIQ, General Catalyst, Benchmark, Redpoint, and Y Combinator. And a world-class team from Google, Klarna, Spotify, Slack, and top tier consulting and law firms with infinite room to grow professionally.

The Role

At Legora, technology is at the heart of everything we do. Our teams move fast, and they need reliable, secure, and scalable systems to deliver their best work. That’s where you come in.

We are now looking for an IT System Administrator to own and evolve our internal IT environment. From managing core infrastructure and SaaS platforms to ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and bulletproof security practices, you will be the go-to person for keeping our systems running and our people empowered. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance operational excellence with forward-looking improvements that support our rapid growth.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage and administer core IT systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta (or equivalent), and other SaaS platforms critical to daily operations.
  • Drive, manage, and implement new systems and tools that support company growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Own device management for apple devices, including configuration, deployment, patching.
  • Develop and maintain internal IT processes (onboarding, offboarding, access management, license tracking) for scalability and efficiency.
  • Build automation and integrations across systems using APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Work closely with the Security team to implement Zero Trust principles, identity and access management, and compliance controls.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, troubleshooting issues across applications, devices, and services.
