About The Role:

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Corporate, Finance & Tax Group's ETIP Team (Energy, Transition, Infrastructure & Projects) Team in Birmingham as a Senior Personal Assistant. 

You will be responsible for supporting our lawyers with the day-to-day administration, client management and financial responsibilities. 

As a key support figure in client relationship management, you’ll take ownership of administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and events, and ensure smooth communication across teams. You’ll manage diaries, travel, and documentation, support fee earners with billing and marketing, and maintain service standards. With a proactive and organised approach, you’ll keep operations running efficiently, contribute to team development, and help drive client care excellence.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable professional with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and research tools, excellent communication and organisational abilities, and a confident telephone manner. You’ll be comfortable handling routine client queries, prioritising tasks under pressure, and taking initiative when needed. Attention to detail, flexibility, and enthusiasm are key, along with being a strong team player. Experience in a similar role within a Legal Corporate Team is preferred.
