The Senior Desktop Engineer – Executive Support will serve as a trusted partner to RH’s Leadership Team, providing high-touch, proactive technical support across a variety of devices and platforms. This role requires discretion, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executive-level stakeholders. In addition to supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and AV environments, this position plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations during critical meetings, presentations, and travel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the primary IT contact for RH Leadership Team members, delivering white-glove support with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
- Proactively monitor and maintain executive hardware and software to prevent disruptions.
- Support high-profile meetings and events, including board meetings and live presentations, ensuring AV and collaboration tools perform flawlessly.
- Provide expert support for mobile devices (iOS), telecom, and secure remote access solutions.
- Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Collaboration teams to address complex, cross-platform issues.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding of executive users with discretion and efficiency.
- 7+ years of IT/Desktop Support experience, including direct support for senior executives.
- Superb customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure in high-stakes environments.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, with accountability for outcomes.
- Availability to provide after-hours and weekend support, including occasional travel, to meet executive needs.
- Proactive and self-motivated in approach to work tasks
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and iOS ecosystems.
- ITIL Certified a plus
- Apple, A+, MCP certifications a plus
- Experience with iOS Mobile Device Management (with JAMF or other MDM) is a plus
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs, while utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines
- Periodic domestic travel
