Senior Leader, Engineering

We are seeking a Sr. Leader / Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, AWS, and working knowledge of React to lead full-stack development efforts. This role spans backend services, cloud infrastructure, database management, and front-end integration. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills with a strategic vision, driving innovative, scalable solutions while ensuring optimal system performance and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable, robust, and high-quality code that is documented, tested, and reviewed.
• Lead and facilitate design review meetings to ensure software architecture alignment.
• Develop and present technical strategies to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and developers to gather requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Architect and implement scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Oversee integration of React-based front-end components with backend APIs.
• Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment automation.

Our Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong proficiency with ASP.NET Core (C#) for building scalable backend solutions.
• Extensive experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL, including relational database design and development.
• Solid experience working with XML, Web Services, and integration technologies such as Message Queues and flat file integrations.
• Strong experience with AWS DevOps tools and services for cloud infrastructure automation and deployment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide development teams effectively.
• Knowledge of React.js for frontend collaboration (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.\
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred 
• Familiarity with Supply Chain operations or related business processes is highly valued.
