As a result, we are looking for support in the coordination and execution of marketing materials, activations and campaigns in the UK and Europe. This is a newly created role and this position will report directly into our Marketing Manager, UK and Europe.
Marketing Executive will play an important role in supporting the marketing team with the coordination and execution of various marketing activities and functions. This multifaceted position involves responsibilities ranging from the compilation of global sales and marketing toolkits and materials, coordination of assets & 360 retailer activations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual who can help ensure the successful execution of our marketing programme.

You'Ll Be;
- Assisting in the growth and development in the Marketing activity across Rest Of World countries, identifying opportunities and recognising new industry trends.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager, ROW in coordinating the delivery & reporting of multi-channel marketing campaigns and activations as required.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to source information required for global sales and marketing materials e.g. Catalogues.
- Developing trade, campaign and brand presentations and retailer toolkits.
- Supporting with the ideation, planning & execution of events/activations including organising required materials, liaising with suppliers, event attendance and reporting & supporting with press events where required.
- Responding to sales team and distributors requests, including asset requests, social media visibility and ensuring key account retailers websites are up-to-date. Communication of new asset releases and regular retailer communications in-country distributors and retail partners.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships particularly with sales & brand activation teams and build a network of suppliers.
- Supporting the PR ad hoc on brand and retailer Press and Influencer events and campaigns.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager, ROW with general ad hoc admin such as invoicing, supplier set up, product orders (SAP) and other team requests.
You'Ll Have;
- Proven coordination experience in a multi-channel brand marketing role.
- Demonstrated capability in taking global brand strategies and adapting them to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and on time.
- Acute attention to detail.
- An understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across all channels.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- A great sense of initiative and autonomy.
- Excellent level of English. Other languages an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint is an advantage.
- The ability to be a team player who is flexible, personable, positive and is motivated by being part of a high performing team.
