Pool Attendant - Casual - Enoggera

We currently have an opportunity for a Casual Pool Attendant. Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the pool and surrounding amenities including shower, toilet and gym facilities. Reporting to the Sport and Recreation Coordinator, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. 

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Conduct pool opening or closing procedures, including removing pool covers, cleaning the pool and surrounds
• Conduct lifeguard activates throughout the opening hours of the pool
• Undertake the rescue of any user as required in accordance with standard work instructions covered by the certification
• Ensure all pool safety equipment and rescue equipment is always available
• Manage access to swimming pools by entitled members only 

What You’ll Bring (experience required)

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate 
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Genuine passion for excellent customer service
• Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
• Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
• Flexible availability between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday
