WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join their team. WellSpan Health, an integrated health system serving central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, is comprised of a multispecialty medical group of more than 2,000 physicians and advanced practice providers, a regional behavioral health organization, a home care organization, eight respected hospitals, more than 20,000 employees, and 220 patient care locations.

About The Opportunity

• Join our well-respected group of anesthesiologist and CRNA’s collaborating to ensure quality patient care.  Emphasis on multi-model approach to anesthetic management.

• Full-time and PRN positions available. 
• 8, 12, and 24 hour shifts available, not required in house call but must be within 20 minutes.
• Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate, self-motivated, and be able to work independently

Competitive Compensation Package Includes:

• Salary commensurate with experience - $220K starting for new grads
• Signing incentives up to $80K
• PTO bridging based on years of experience
• 5 days of CME time off for full-time CRNAs plus $4,500 CME allowance
• 6 paid holidays
• Health, dental, vision coverage as well as short-term and long-term disability
• Retirement plan with WellSpan contributions up to 6%
