Your Tasks For Procurement Excellence:

• You take our procurement processes to the next level through global initiatives on governance, digitization and transparency in line with strategic corporate goals
• For promoting cross-functional collaboration, you create structures and take the lead with the finance department (e.g. budgeting, reporting)
• You start initiatives with various stakeholders and manage the corresponding projects responsibly
• You will ensure compliance with our procurement guidelines through internal audits and transparent reporting regularly

Your Profile For Procurement Excellence:

• You are a data-driven procurement specialist with a strong track of best-practises and collaborations (e.g. finance and production departments)
• You are an optimizer with focus on solutions and feasible procurement processes for supporting quick results – readiness for travelling needed
• You can merge and analyze data from different sources and communicate your results to different stakeholders while speaking Japanese and English on B2/C1-level
• Nice-to-have: You have first experiences as a manager with cross-cultural collaboration
