This role acts as the Data Services Process Owner and provides oversight and Governance ensuring the efficient and prompt processing of data services demands for IT Products and Services

​· Leadership role on the intake and processing of ideas and demands related to data services across platforms in support of requested projects and operational activities 

  • Responsible for ensuring the Demand lifecycle process is performed according to the agreed and documented standard
  • Provide Data Services while adhering to security and governance standards
  • Perform the operational function of implementing and supporting the data services activities, including collaboration with other teams to achieve results
  • Lead discovery and design work sessions to obtain requirements clarity and produce deliverables, such as mock-ups and flow diagrams
  • Manage the Demand items implementation to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Management in the monitoring and timely management of all Demand in the pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Service Portfolio Management function to ensure Demand aligns to Services under management.
Experience in data services management or related field.

​· Deep functional and technical knowledge of the data services, including integration technologies, web services, ETL and databases/data warehouse 

  • Management of demand or capacity management processes
  • Lead technical teams to deliver results, including task management, technical mentoring, code reviews and issue resolution
  • Knowledge of process governance and improvement methodologies and concepts
  • Knowledge/Implementation of NLP
  • Understanding of Agile development practices
  • ITIL certification with work experience in mature service management environment a plus
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority. Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work. Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans.
