SAP OTC Assistant Manager US Geo
Responsibilities
- Looking for SAP SD Assistant Manager with around 7-10 years of SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors. Person also need to be able to lead and manage large teams
- Should possess excellent collaboration and stake holder management skills.
- Should have exposure to Project Management, Resource allocation, define strategy & approach for project execution
- Lead Order to Cash team
- Ability to drive work shops, manage client expectations, manage estimations, maintain project risks, issues matrices.
- Ability to conduct Client interviews and requirement gathering
- Drive High Level and detailed design discussions
- Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices and Industry knowledge
- Individual should have min 3 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
- Individual would be required to gather business requirements & prepare TO BE design documents
- Individual need to have strong knowledge SAP S/4HANA – Order to Cash & Simplification List
- Strong knowledge in Sales Order Management, Pricing & Logistics processes.
- Preparation of related Configuration documents.
- Individual should be strong on Standard SAP SD Functionalities.
- Exposure to areas like TM, Settlement Management & aATP is preferred.
- Individual should be able to create Functional Specifications, Unit and SIT Test Cases
- Work and Collaborate with technical consultants to design, build and realize Custom developments (RICEFW)
- Leverage business process knowledge & Propose Simple and Optimal O2C business solutions for Client requirements
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution
SAP Sales & Distribution with S/4HANA experience
- SD Configuration – Enterprise Structure, Sales document types, Item categories, Schedule Lines, Copy Control etc.
- Well versed with Delivery & Billing configuration
- Knowledge on Business Partner set up
- Basic Functions – Material determination, Free Goods, Credit, Credit Memo, Debit Memo Process
- Hands on knowledge on Returns Process in SD
- Strong Experience of working on RICEFW objects with ABAP & PI teams.
- Working knowledge on IDOC’s
- Knowledge on Settlement management and advanced ATP is preferred.
- Knowledge in Pricing Set up – Condition Types, Access sequence, Condition Tables, experience in requirement routines, Calculation formulae etc.
- Knowledge on cross module integration with SAP Production Planning, Finance and Materials Management
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
- Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
