Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to achieve the budgeted KPIs in the HR department at the plant. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling employee grievances and employee relations activities. 
• Responsible for handling Head Count related reconciliations and the other procedures. 
• Support team for the training facilitation and to handle the VOP and the disciplinary processes
• Support team for the executive and intern recruitment process.

Knowledge And Skills:

• Undergraduates in Physical Science, Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized university. 
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
