The Role

As Marketing Services Executive, you will play a key role in crafting and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing and Communication and General Manager of the Langham Sydney, this is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and creative execution.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive digital marketing initiatives for Rooms, Spa, and Gift Vouchers across web, EDMs, and paid platforms
• Manage the hotel’s presence on Amadeus, ensuring strategic visibility and content accuracy
• Lead the social media calendar and content creation in line with LHG brand and engagement KPIs
• Coordinate media stays and influencer visits to generate premium editorial and digital coverage
• Create marketing collateral and event artwork using Canva and/or Adobe InDesign
• Monitor and respond to online guest reviews for Rooms and Spa to protect and enhance brand reputation
• Oversee hotel photo shoots and content creation to support luxury positioning
• Represent the hotel at selected marketing, media, and industry events
• Attend regular internal and regional meetings to align on strategy and execution

About You

You are more than a marketer; you are a brand storyteller and digital strategist with a sharp eye for detail. You bring creativity and precision to every campaign, balancing compelling content with performance insights. Self-motivated and adaptable, you thrive working both independently and collaboratively.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and content development
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe InDesign, with a strong eye for design and brand alignment
• A solid understanding of digital platforms, tools, and analytics
• The ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to test and try new ideas
• A passion for luxury branding, storytelling, and delivering premium content
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain brand voice across channels
