The Manager of Client Experience is responsible for executing the market strategy of all in-store and offsite client events, with an emphasis on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences, including retail events, festive celebrations and in-store hospitality. Through extensive cross-functional partnership, this individual will focus on executing the overall client experience strategy in service of achieving Tiffany’s key results.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with the EMEA Client Relations team and retail partners on executing all in-store client events including out-of-network and caravan events. for local markets during festive moments, product launches, High end and other specific events.
- Build and monitor the event calendar and tracker.
- Ensure post-event reporting with clear ROI understanding the needs and proposing improvement actions.
- Work in partnership with local and regional teams on all events requests, including concept, merchandising, VM, logistics and reporting.
- Closely work with Client Relations team to ensure event production and logistics aligned with the market strategy.
- Manage market events budget - Work with production companies, agencies and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in client experience, event execution, retail operations, or hospitality.
- Elevated & sophisticated communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on approach and proactive problem-solving skills to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Existing relationships with vendors/external partners
Preferred
- Luxury industry experience
- Previous experience in a client relations/client facing role.
