As Feedstock Sourcing Manager at SkyNRG, you’ll play a key role in securing the feedstock supply for DSL-01, our first Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production facility. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be out in the market, meeting suppliers, gathering intelligence, and negotiating contracts to ensure DSL-01 has access to the right feedstocks at the right price and quality.
You’ll be part of the DSL-01 operational team, working closely with the Site Director and other stakeholders to build a robust feedstock sourcing and trading strategy. Your work will directly impact the cost-efficiency and sustainability of our SAF production, and you’ll help shape the systems and partnerships needed to support long-term supply security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the feedstock sourcing and trading strategy for DSL-01
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, producers, traders, and brokers across Europe
- Negotiate and secure feedstock supply contracts
- Gather market intelligence on feedstock volumes, pricing, quality, and competitor activity
- Represent SkyNRG at industry events and networking opportunities
- Support feedstock testing and validation ahead of DSL-01 commissioning
- Contribute to the development of trading governance and IT systems
- Provide weekly reporting on market developments, supplier engagement, and trading activity
Your Profile:
Must-Haves
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset
- Ability to build and maintain supplier relationships
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks and sustainability standards
- Risk management capabilities in trading environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe
- Fluent in Dutch or English (both preferred)
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience in trading, logistics, or supply chain management
- Financial acumen and understanding of pricing structures
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
- Background in technical marketing, business development, or production
- Interest in biofuels, chemicals, vegetable oils, or related commodities
Traits & Soft Skills
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage external relationships
- Team-oriented mindset, even in a market where traders often operate independently
What Success Looks Like
- A clear and actionable view of the feedstock market and price levels
- 10+ new supplier agreements with feedstock suppliers, within the first year
- Positive feedback from suppliers and market players on SkyNRG’s presence and professionalism
