· Responsibilities: · As a Senior Manager / Experienced Manager, you’ll lead a team of 5-10 members and have a key focus on growing the practice. You are required to understand the business of the client, build relationships, enhance trust, and provide consultancy along with hands-on design and development of the solution. · Specific requirements include but are not limited to: · Lead IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 as a techno-functional project lead to drive end to end implementations with clients · Assist the practice grow in the focus area of Insurance Sector and create solutions tailored to these clients · Focus on key accounts and help in RFP support · Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Executive Directors and Partners · Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen · Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges · Train, coach, and supervise staff · Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand · ·

Mandatory Skill Sets:

Skills Required: · Experience in IFRS 17, IFRS 9 project implementation · Strong understanding of Insurance , Banking or Capital Markets Processes · Insurance data mapping and modelling understanding · Experience with tools / technologies such as SQL, SAP, data warehousing

· Experience in Stakeholder management, project management and pursuits. · Must be an effective communicator, who has a proven record of providing consulting experiences to global clients · Should have the ability to design high end business centric visualizations

Preferred Skill Sets:

· Experience with additional technologies such as Datadog, and Splunk. · Programming languages like C#, R, Scala · Possession of relevant solution architecture certificates and continuous professional development in data engineering and Gen AI.

Education Qualification:

· B.Tech (B.E)/M.Tech / MSC / CA from a reputed college/ University · Prior Consulting experience is preferred · 8– 10 years of professional experience within Consulting or Financial Services
