Salary: £50,000 per annum pro rata.
Location: Homebased. Must be Located permanently in the UK and be willing to travel as needed to any part of the UK.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2026 – 30 hours per week.

Join our IT Team as a Business Analyst!
We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time IT Business Analyst to join our impactful and collaborative team, covering an internal secondment. In this role, you will predominantly be working on an exciting project, which brings a new initiative into the organisation for managing our estate and property portfolio’s. This is a Salesforce based system build. You will need to manage multiple work packages simultaneously and be willing to pick up other pieces of work as needed.
Your primary responsibility will be leading on the gathering, documentation, and validation of stakeholder requirements, as well as designing processes for use within our existing IT systems. You will also collaborate closely with our technical team to build, test, and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder and business objectives.
How you'll help to create brighter futures
- Your role will incorporate system development tasks such as supporting the design, development, testing and implementation or re-engineering of systems or the processes around using these systems.
- Our Business Analysts are involved in coordinating and managing end to end system testing and quality assurance, ensuring that the solutions meet the agreed requirements.
- Working across the entire organisation you will gather requirements via a variety of different methods including interviews, workshops & data gathering methods, translating these requirements into technical specifications.
- You will be able to analyse complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You will support with the discovery phases of projects, providing insights into business challenges and contributing to business case development.
- You will follow departmental procedures to accurately document processes, decision points, data flows and recommendations, presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
This is a complete and all-encompassing technical Business Analyst role, where you will have the opportunity to be involved with projects throughout the end-to-end life cycle. Knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with Salesforce Service Cloud is essential for this role. Candidates without experience in this area will not be considered.

- Proven experience as an IT Business Analysis within the third sector, or housing sector is essential.
- You will have a thorough understanding and practical application of applying technical business analysis skills and tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- You will be highly analytical, with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Quick on the update, able to rapidly familiarise with and drive forward established projects.
- Naturally you will be inquisitive and be open to new technologies and ways of working, bringing this mindset into your work.
- Excellent communication skills, able to elicit problems and requirements from stakeholders at all levels.
- You will be confident and skilled in presenting analysis, insights and recommendations to all levels including up to C-Suite executives.
- A team player, comfortable working remotely and with distributed teams.
