We are seeking an experienced, strategic and innovative Marketing Communications Lead to head up the Global Campaigns team in DNV’s business area Digital Solutions. This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across Digital Solutions’ software product portfolio to achieve business goals and boost growth. The role is central to our marketing function and offers the opportunity to lead a team of global campaign managers, each responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns with their respective product lines.
In this leadership position, you will join a forward-thinking marketing communications unit comprising 21 members based across 6 different locations worldwide, where you will have the chance to shape strategies and initiatives engaging global audiences.
The working language is English, and the preferred location is in our headquarters at Høvik just outside Oslo.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of seven Marketing Communications Managers working with global campaigns
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns that support business objectives to enhance reach, reputation, relations, and revenue
- Ensure alignment between campaign strategy and broader commercial goals, working closely with field marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams
- Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance through structured reporting, analysis, and optimization in collaboration with the marketing technology team
- Promote collaboration, consistency, and innovation across campaign activities and marketing processes
- Represent the campaign function in senior marketing and business forums, actively contributing to strategic planning, decision-making, and demonstrating measurable business impact

Experience And Qualifications
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in campaign strategy, execution and commercial processes
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, or other relevant fields
- Proven track record in demand generation, with emphasis on leveraging data-driven insights to design, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing initiatives for measurable growth
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Customer-centric mindset, skilled in transforming technical features, market insights and customer feedback into value-driven messaging and content
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms, customer journeys, and performance metrics
- Strong strategic thinking, combined with operational discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
