Engineering Maintenance Manager (Full-Time)

Position Summary:

• Directs and manages the Day-to-day system operation and maintenance routines of the property
• Oversee all preventative maintenance repairs
• Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and for equipment and relationship building
• Managing the engineering maintenance team and supporting them with operational tasks 
• Actively identify, conduct and manage repairs to the building and equipment
• Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement improvement initiatives with the traveller in mind
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points core values

About You:

• Relevant managerial experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial. 
• Working rights in Australia
