Commercial Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function, or a related advanced degree.
• Experience with manual and online running Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in agreement management, or related procurement roles, overseeing the entire agreement life-cycle or procurement operations.
• Experience in collaborating with legal teams or external counsel for agreement drafting and review, and support in agreement negotiations, terms clarification, and issue resolution.
• Experience in managing agreement functions, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Experience in agreement management software to improve the management processes.
• Experience in developing standardized processes and workflows for agreement management with the knowledge of agreement management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration process including agreement stamping, signature, and closure and agreement metadata management.
• Monitor agreement compliance, obligations, and milestones throughout the duration.
• Identify and engage with external vendors or service providers to manage specific aspects of the process.
• Support development of standardized processes and workflows for agreement administration and management.
