About your new role – Immediate Start - 3-4 month Fixed Term Contract:

We are currently seeking applications for a People and Culture Advisor (Fixed Term Contract – 3 to 4 months, with possible move to perm) to join our People & Culture team located at our office in St Leonards. This is a great career opportunity and a rewarding position where you will have the opportunity to provide human resources support and solutions to a portfolio of clients supporting people leaders and team members. 
 
A bit about you:

• Demonstrated HR experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of business stakeholders in a partnering or operations function
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
• Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry such as Aged or Health Care, or Financial Services 
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with our leaders, team members and residents and their families 
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs as we continue to grow aligned to our strategy
• Strong communication skills with a business outcome perspective Strong IT and systems skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage diverse and conflicting priorities
