About The Role
As Product Marketing Manager you’ll lead on product marketing initiatives for Dotdigital’s marketing automation platform, becoming an expert on our customers, product, and competitors. You’ll provide go-to-market teams with messaging, materials, insights and enablement to help attract, retain, and grow our customers.
In This Role, You’Ll:
- Become an expert on Dotdigital’s customers (marketers) and the problems our platform solves for them.
- Turn your knowledge of our customers and product into punchy marketing messaging.
- Lead on go-to-market (internal and external) for new product releases.
- Closely monitor what’s going on in the industry and translate this into tangible competitive insights and battlecards.
- Create and update marketing materials (presentations, one pagers, fact sheets, etc) for sales, partnerships and customer success teams.
- Tailor messaging and content to support the needs of our global teams and customers.
- Send service communications, translating sometimes technical updates into clear language.
- Work closely with Customer Marketing on plans to drive usage of platform features.
- Build great relationships with product, marketing, sales, partner and customer success teams.
- Proactively evaluate the impact of your work based on agreed KPIs and customer feedback.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years+ working in a MarTech environment. Understanding the ins and outs of marketing automation platforms and the needs of marketing teams using these tools is critical.
- Experience working in a marketing role, where you’ve had to create marketing materials, write messaging and send comms.
- Confidence working with tech including Powerpoint, Hubspot (or similar CRMs), Intercom, Adobe InDesign, Zoom, Dropbox, Outlook and Dotdigital (full training will be provided, but previous experience is an advantage).
