Ingredients Room Attendant

Regions Hospital is seeking a candidate with a positive and cheerful attitude to join our team as an Ingredient Room Attendant in our Food & Nutrition Department! The Ingredient Room Attendant’s role is responsible for the following:

• Assist the Food Production Supervisor to maintain an efficient inventory control system
• Accurately weigh and measure recipe ingredients for and adhere to recipes and portion control
• Maintain safe and sanitary storage area by following department sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: 6am-230pm; Monday-Friday

Required  Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write and follow and/or oral instructions.
• Knowledge of current local and government food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to push food carts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary Rate: $18.90/hour
