Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle CX Cloud solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud).
• Support solution design, integrations, and customizations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, or Visual Builder.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for business users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with ERP, HCM, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption of CX solutions.
• Stay updated on Oracle CX product releases and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle CX Cloud applications.
• Strong knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity management, case management, marketing automation, and customer service.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys).
• Understanding of data migration, reporting, and analytics in CX Cloud.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Oracle CX Cloud certification (preferred).

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and B2B Commerce.
• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Previous consulting experience with Oracle partners or system integrators.
