Job Responsibilities
Business Fulfilment And Enablement:
- Manage, develop, and support insurance agents and partners to achieve business growth
- Develop and implement a renewal management system to increase renewal ratio.
- Act as first escalation point for Area Sales Managers (ASM) to resolve partner issues promptly.
- Collaboration with data team to Identify potential revenue engine and new opportunity from existing and new agents/partners.
- Collaboration with the ops team to monitor premium collections and implement strategies to minimize cancellations due to unpaid premiums as well as increase behavior of faster payment from agents/partners.
- Coordinate renewal management activities to ensure smooth processing and consistent achievement of renewal targets.
- Work closely with ASMs to troubleshoot escalated partner issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Together the data team will analyze performance data of agents/partners to identify gaps and propose targeted improvement plans.
- Liaise with the tech team and placement team in order to smooth the process of going to live product in Ignite.
- Responsible for research and development of insurance product in ID market.
Activation And Engagement:
- Have a capability to create an agency benefit scheme for tactical and gamification.
- Manage agency and sales compensation and benefit.
- As a key person for offline and online activation event collaboration with business team, placement team and ops team as well as external party (Insurance, Community, Agency, Banking and others).
- Partnership relation to all targeted specific to be potential funders to fund/subsidize Ignite activity starting set target funders, propose, present and implementation, tracking the result).
- Marketing activity - rolling initiative to increase brand awareness through activation program (agent hero, anchor workshop, etc).
- Helping business team to open a possibility of acquiring younger segment and non insurance background potential agents via engagement of younger segment and non insurance background community and group of people.
- Collaboration with B2C in order to ensure alignment of marketing activities.
- Develop training module to sales and agent.
- Responsible of Ignite social media.
- Responsible for the relationship with the Igloo Agency vendor for marketing.
- Responsible for increasing wallet share initiative from all segments of targeted agents.
- Engage actively with middle- and low-tier agents to provide guidance, business updates, and renewal/payment reminders through new implementation of CRM.
- Strengthen agent/partner loyalty through effective follow-up, engagement, and sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with at least 5 years of experience in the Insurance industry, preferably in Non-Life or General Insurance or in Corporate Solutions
- Strong knowledge of insurance distribution and agency management
- Proven experience in driving business growth and retention
- Familiarity with insurance product, premium payment and renewal processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and escalation handling skills
