About the Team & Business Line: 

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. 

As a core member of our Back Office Regulatory Compliance Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  • Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act administration, including monthly filing preparation, and due diligence review and upkeep; 
  • Annual Economic Substance administration, including filing preparation and tracking;
  • Annual Return preparation, tracking, and filing; 
  • Manage internal communication and controls for the onboarding of new clients; 
  • Manage internal communication and controls for client offboarding;
  • Periodic reviews of service specific agreements;
  • Periodic reviews of controls and reporting;
  • Keep informed as to present and future fund legislation and regulatory developments in the jurisdiction, including any required updates to policies and procedures;
  • Provide training to team on fund-related matters (policy, legislation and procedures).

About You:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant financial services industry experience, required; 
  • Strong understanding of Cayman Islands law and Compliance regulations;
  • Experience in all aspects of Cayman Islands Registry of Companies and CIMA obligations;
  • Certification in relevant area preferred;
  • Associate’s degree in a business or legal field with strong written and verbal English skills;
  • Complete accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines;
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal;
  • History of demonstrating highly motivated and organized / methodical approach to work;
  • Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of the transactions;
  • Team spirited/reliable and responsible/able to work both autonomously and efficiently within a team;
  • Proactively address issues and apply diagnostic skills to identify cause of issue; make timely decisions and see them through to completion.;
  • Set priorities, are flexible and have the ability to thrive under pressure and cope with tight deadlines;
