What You’Ll Do

  • Lead weekly team meetings to align on goals, performance, safety, and training.
  • Review technician routes daily, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and full coverage.
  • Monitor and manage open service tickets to guarantee timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all field operations for pest, termite, and rodent services—including handling high-priority or problem accounts directly when needed.
  • Coach and develop technicians, providing hands-on support and regular performance feedback.
  • Onboard and train new technicians, ensuring they understand company standards, processes, and expectations.
  • Take calls from CSRs to assist with scheduling, escalations, and operational questions.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, including personally reaching out to upset customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Manage chemical and material inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage for your branch.
  • Stay available and responsive to your team at all times—you’re their first line of support.
  • Track performance metrics, manage the branch budget, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
