Description

Primary Focus:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution tracking of Maverick Gaming Casino’s integrated marketing, retention, and acquisition campaigns. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Marketing and maintaining a direct line to senior leaders of Washington locations, this role is critical for casino marketing asset project management, logistic management, social media management, player retention and acquisition development, and casino and entertainment event planning. Utilize data analytics for planning and evaluating the success of all planned activities. 

Pay Range: $78,000 - $85,000 per year DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the Casino, F&B, and Entertainment campaign calendar, ensuring updates are accurate and accessible to all stakeholders, while addressing the unique needs of multiple properties across Mountlake, Lakewood, Tukwila, Pasco, Silverdale, and more.
  • Help prepare promotional campaign briefs, confirming compliance with promotional rules and collating input from cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with promotional campaign positioning and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with property General Managers for content & social media, promotional creative, and corporate teams to track asset delivery timelines and requirements, supporting overall growth marketing strategies.
  • Attend weekend events for marketing activation needs, capturing social media content, and acting as a supportive marketing catalyst leading up to these events, while traveling between our 10-15 casinos.
  • Support reporting efforts by gathering performance data and summarizing campaign and event attendance outcomes for internal distribution, providing insights for future campaigns.
  • Document and share campaign activation learnings to improve future planning and collaboration across all properties.
  • Maintain organized records of campaign assets, approvals, and project status, ensuring that print orders are properly entered into our Accounting management platform for timely payment and collateral delivery.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for campaign-related meetings, including agenda creation and note-taking.
  • Assist with the integration of promotional and entertainment events, partnership launches, and database growth initiatives into broader campaign plans under the guidance of Corporate Marketing and multiple property General Managers.

Requirements

Campaign Coordination & Calendar Management:

Proficient in planning, tracking, and managing campaign timelines, with experience maintaining an accessible campaign calendar across diverse stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to consolidate inputs from multiple teams and locations—including Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, social media, creative, and casino CMP—ensuring alignment with brand(s) positioning, event growth, and business goals.

Asset Tracking & Project Documentation:

Strong organizational skills to manage campaign asset inventories, approval workflows, timelines, and historical documentation of campaign learnings and performance summaries.

Reporting & Insights Gathering: Experience in collecting performance data, synthesizing findings into clear summaries, and communicating outcomes to internal teams for improved future execution.

Nice-To-Have / Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with brand marketing in regulated sectors (e.g., gaming, casinos, or iGaming), ensuring compliance within integrated campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Asana, Trello, JIRA) or shared documentation platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns—working across digital, social, email/CRM, and product integration touchpoints.
