The Opportunity
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our QLD team, based in Northgate. This is your chance to work on a portfolio of major accounts worth over $10 million annually, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, shaping strategy, and building long-lasting partnerships.
In This Role, You’Ll:
- Take ownership of a high-value customer portfolio and deliver outstanding results.
- Lead negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and develop strategic account plans.
- Work closely with leaders across the business, sharing expertise and influencing outcomes at a senior level.
- Analyse competitor activity and market intelligence to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Balance monthly customer catch-ups with behind-the-scenes strategic planning and execution.
About You

We are looking for an energetic, proactive Key Account Manager who leads with strategy, execution, and strong commercial acumen. You’ll bring:
- Proven success managing large, high-value accounts.
- Experience reviewing contracts, tenders and agreements with sharp attention to detail.
- A strong track record of driving growth and delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
