You will also assist with rolling out vehicle software updates, either through dealer support or direct remote connection, while building strong working relationships with colleagues across Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing and Client Services to prioritise and resolve issues quickly. In addition, you will contribute to technical publications, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement in workshop manuals, service literature, fault codes and more.
