FP&A Analyst

Description

We’re seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling initiatives across the company. This is an opportunity to develop deep expertise in financial planning and analysis while gaining exposure to senior leadership, strategy, and decision making. 

Job Functions:

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis. 
• Build and maintain financial models to inform decision-making and track KPIs. 
• Assist with long-term scenario modeling and M&A financial analysis. 
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership. 
• Help implement and improve planning systems and dashboards (Adaptive, Pigment, etc.). 
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical finance roles. 
• Strong modeling, analytical, and Excel skills; experience with planning systems a plus. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. 
• Familiarity with healthcare, health systems, or pharmacy industries is a plus. 
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required; MBA or CFA progress a plus. 
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating across teams.
