The Sr. Manager, Events & Brand Experience will play a pivotal role in driving conferences and events that align with Nuvem’s strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at managing a wide range of conferences & events working cross functionally on strategy and execution to maximize and measure impact. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will plan a critical role helping to represent Nuvem at conferences and industry events across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Nuvem event planning while meeting strict deadlines and staying within budget
- Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events
- Maintain exhibits and conference calendar, including preparing and shipping materials to shows
- Remain current (and ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges
- Travel and manage national conference exhibits and events throughout year
- Lead the planning and execution of customer advisory board meetings
- Assist departments in planning and executing internal employee events and meetings, including QBR’s, team building events, etc.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Substantial experience in event planning with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale conferences & events.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
- Advanced proficiency in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in healthcare industry
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Working Conditions:
- Position is virtual with some travel required (20-25%)
- Fast-paced environment requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
