Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging activities and games for senior residents
• Foster a lively and inclusive atmosphere during communal events
• Interact with residents to promote socialization, well-being, and enjoyment
• Assist with setting up activity spaces and ensuring safety during activities
• Collaborate with staff to tailor activities to residents’ interests and abilities
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to encourage participation

Skills And Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life
• Experience or talent in organizing games, activities, or group events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be active and energetic during activities
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to Sundays only
• Prior experience in recreational activities or caregiving is a plus but not required
