HR & Internal Communications Specialist

We are looking for a passionate HR & Internal Communications Specialist to join our team and help us build a positive, engaging, and inspiring workplace culture.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver effective internal communication initiatives
• Organize corporate events, career days, and team bonding activities that bring people together
• Support training programs and skill development initiatives
• Contribute to the performance evaluation process and employee development plans
• Strengthen our employer branding through partnerships with universities and career fairs

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or/and Internal Communication
• Degree in HR, Communications, or related field
• MSc in HRM would be a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative mindset and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
