Finance - Corporate Facility Services Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Property & Infrastructure Function

- Engage potential Real Estate / Office Space to support Business's needs.

General Services Function

• Assist and maintain the process of ID & access card data registration.
• Assist and maintain the process of parking membership registration.
• Assist the internal event permit through coordination with related stakeholders.
• Assist employee reimbursement process.
• Assist and ensure vendor's invoice administration is complete for payment through coordination with related stakeholders.
• Maintain Office Supplies through periodical check.
• Maintain Tools and Cleaning Chemicals through periodical check.
• Support Corporate Facility Services initiatives or projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Final year or bachelor's degree from Business Administration / Law / Psychology / Management / Civil Engineering.
• Good communication and coordination skills with proficiency in English and Indonesia.
• Able to work independently and in a team, while juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
