What You Will Do?

• Manage overall merchandise shop operations, assisting with guest needs and requests
• Train and mentor team members, provide supervision, and effectively allocate tasks
• Support daily tasks including assisting management with banking procedures, accurately manage store inventory, and open and close of the store
• Ensure occupational health and safety standards are maintained within the store

More About You

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership position managing a team
• Bachelor's degree in merchandise management, business management or hospitality is strongly preferred
• Ability to engage a workforce, to motivate and provide clear direction while creating a safe and respectful working environment
• Understanding of relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice and industry standards
• Availability Monday to Friday, with extra weekend work required when Collingwood plays
• Comfortable with ADHOC shifts and flexible scheduling
