The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that Onsite continues to attract and hire exceptional people across our family of brands. This role is all about building connections — with candidates, hiring managers, and the broader community — to bring in mission-driven professionals who align with our values and strengthen the life-changing work we do.

Each hire you help make is another person who will directly impact the healing journeys of our clients.

This role will primarily be assigned to our Cumberland Furnace, TN campus although there may be some opportunity to work in our Nashville, TN office from time to time. 

About The Day-To-Day In This Role

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create clear, inclusive job postings that entice candidates to apply
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from posting roles and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Onboarding new team members is a key function of this role
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, job boards, and community connections to build strong pipelines
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and a people-first approach
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance on evaluation and selection
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows to ensure timely updates, compliance and reporting
  • Track and report on recruiting activity including time-to-fill, source effectiveness and pipeline health
  • Support process improvements by suggesting tools, systems, or approaches that streamline recruiting operations
  • Represent Onsite at career fairs, networking events, or industry functions to expand our reach and visibility

Requirements

Ideal Education & Experience For The Role

We are open to candidates of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Successful candidates may bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools including text recruiting
  • A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach to challenges
  • Experience recruiting front-line, professional, clinical and medical positions is strongly preferred. Behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
