The Job:

The Director of Engineering is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel property in an effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The Director of Engineering will represent Property Operations to our hotel guests and team members including handling guest complaints and responding to any emergency conditions. Our Engineering team performs a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting and HVAC work. This position will oversee the Engineering team, including training & development, team member relations, communication, recognition and day to day supervision.

Requirements

A minimum of 8 year building maintenance experience.

3-5 years supervising or leading a team.

Hotel Experience Preferred.

Good Computer Skills.
