The opportunity
The GDS Supervising Associate will lead operational excellence for the US Tax Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team. This role is pivotal in enabling strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, managing operational workflows, and ensuring timely execution of financial and campaign-related processes. The candidate will collaborate closely with US-based BMC leaders and cross-functional teams to support high-impact marketing initiatives.

This role requires an experienced, energetic and resilient team player with a good understanding of what it takes to manage operations in a complex environment. Working closely in an agile team, the successful candidate will be required to understand the capabilities of the current GDS teams and manage BMC expectations by building relationships and collaborating closely within the BMC team and client-serving subject matter experts.

  • Your key responsibilities
  • •    Track and analyze performance metrics across campaigns and initiatives.
  • •    Create and maintain schedules for program updates.
  • •    Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and operational trends.
  • •    Generate regular leadership reports summarizing campaign performance, budget utilization, and operational health.
  • •    Lead campaign reporting efforts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights.
  • •    Manage and update recurring dashboard reports for Tax and BMC leadership.
  • •    Manage overall and campaign-specific budgets, including organizing invoicing, forecasting, tracking spend, reconciling variances, and advising on any deviations from plan. 
  • •    Partner with Operations teams to coordinate contracts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • •    Assist with independence approval processes for campaign and vendor-related activities.
  • •    Serve as the primary liaison between GDS and US Tax BMC leadership for operational matters.
  • •    Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across operational workflows.
  • •    Support the BMC team in other operational and administrative tasks.
  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • •    A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • •    Strong command of Power BI, PowerPoint and Excel for building dashboards, visualizing KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • •    Experience in campaign-related activities including A/B testing, predictive modeling, data driven insights, lead tracking and reporting.
  • •    Ability to manage and interpret budgeting data, reconcile variances, and support financial planning.
  • •    Experience with digital marketing analytics, including analyzing digital ad and social media performance.
  • •    Proven ability to document and improve operational workflows and processes.
  • •    Ability to maintain and update leadership dashboards and backend systems.
  • •    Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver on tight timelines.
  • •    Familiarity with GDS structures, including enablement, finance, and strategic operations teams.
  • •    A track record of meeting performance standards in previous roles.
  • •    Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Marketo, MS Office, including Excel (e.g., developing pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • •    Ability to work as part of an agile team, independently, and with flexibility during peak times.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have
  • •    MBA with a major in Marketing or a MS (Marketing)
  • •    Digital marketing experience
  • •    Project management experience
