Full-Time Mechanic / Maintenance Technician – Keep Our Fleet & Facilities Running Strong
Do you enjoy variety in your work and take pride in getting the job done right? We’re looking for a skilled, hands-on professional to join our team full-time, with responsibilities split between vehicle maintenance and facility maintenance.
As our Mechanic, you’ll handle routine upkeep and basic repairs on our fleet—oil changes, brake checks, tire rotations, inspections, and other preventative maintenance—to keep vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready. You'll also provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance procedures and preventive strategies as well as ensure staff are adequately prepared to safely operate vehicles and equipment, reinforcing a commitment to safety.
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll put your problem-solving skills to work across our buildings and grounds, tackling repairs, troubleshooting issues, and making sure everything is in top working order.
No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role rewarding.
Why You’Ll Love This Job:
- A full-time position with stable hours and year-round work.
- Every day brings different challenges where your skills really matter.
- Competitive pay and benefits in a role that values your versatility.
- Your work directly supports our mission, our team, and the people we serve.
What We’Re Looking For:
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical repairs.
- Strong skills in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC preferred).
- A dependable, efficient worker who takes initiative and finishes tasks completely and correctly.
- Someone who enjoys variety and can confidently switch between shop and facility work.
If you’re a doer who can turn wrenches on van one day and repair walls the next, this is your opportunity to join a team that counts on your expertise to keep everything—wheels and walls alike—running smoothly.
Apply today and put your skills to work in a role where every day makes a difference.
