Job Purpose

The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying system requirements, evaluating current processes, and recommending improvements based on real-time data analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse business units to ensure effective systems integration and maximum usability.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement detailed project management plans, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews throughout each stage of system development.
• Translate user requirements into actionable system specifications to optimize usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, security, compliance) to gather and document business needs.
• Continuously assess, analyze, and communicate system requirements, providing monthly status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain internal and external documentation, including requirement definitions and process guidelines.
• Perform daily system analytics to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Build strong partnerships across teams to support seamless systems integration and provide research-based recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in systems analysis and development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience with Business Objects.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundations principles.
