Your Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The primary responsible for the development and cultivation of automotive and industry customers that use high engineered electric connector seals, insulator seals and other industry sealing components from lead generation through close of business and actively managing for profitability after close of business. The territory covers all of China.

1.Responsible for identifying target opportunities in Automotive Industry that use high engineered electric connector seals, insulator seals and other industry sealing components then driving and managing those opportunities, includes providing direct customer sales and technical support.

2.Responsible for communicating and reporting opportunities, activities, itineraries, and program developments to sales management including all field information concerning markets, applications, customers and competitors.

1. 3. Develop a database of qualified leads and customers through referrals, telephone canvassing and cold calling, face to face visits, email, networking, and trade shows.
2. 4. Establish contacts within automotive OEM&Tire1 engineering groups at design level in order to promote the use of product early in the development phase of new programs. Ensure the flow of information between technical support in oversea or China plant and the customers.
3. 5. Assist in the coordination and setting up of the possible trade shows within the territory.
