Freelance Talent Sourcer / Recruiter (Contractor Role) - Remote | Flexible Hour

We need a recruiter. As we grow, we often find ourselves on the hunt for very specific people. Sometimes it’s a niche expert, sometimes a hidden talent, sometimes just the right human who makes the whole team better. Our People & Culture crew and our team leads do their best to keep up, but in order to find and attract these special colleagues, we need some extra help. If sourcing, networking, and matching people with exciting roles is your superpower, here’s some good news: we’re looking for a freelance recruiter to join forces with us.

We’re seeking an experienced professional to support our hiring efforts on a contractor basis - as an independent partner, invoice-based.

Requirements

🔍 What You’Ll Do:

• Collaborate with our in-house People & Culture (a.k.a HR) team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source and engage top-tier candidates using various platforms and strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates based on role and project-specific criteria.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies.
• Find the best candidates for IT Tech / Digital Marketing/ Creative Agency / Business Consultancy /Back Office fields

💼 What We’Re Looking For:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (agency or in-house) with mid-sized companies/agencies in the Hungarian market.
• Expertise in niche positions – such as CRM, SEO, and IT/development roles, including but not limited to programming languages and technologies (e.g., Vue 3, React, Rust, Node.js)
• Strong communication (native Hungarian and fluent English) and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles/projects.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
