As the Graphics Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the hands-on preparation, production, and delivery of client graphics on their trade show and experiential properties! You'll also have the unique responsibility of supervising the graphics department in their day-to-day functions.  The Graphics Supervisor must reside in our office in the Pittsburgh area (Warrendale, PA). Graphics Supervisor Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing graphics and providing graphic design/layout solutions.
• Manipulate existing / production-ready artwork to produce graphics.
• Assist in providing information and visuals for clients’ graphic creative solutions.
• Assist in providing estimates for graphic production work.
• Maintain & manage the graphics schedule to ensure deadlines are met and client objectives are achieved.
• Proficient in running all graphic production equipment.
• Develop & maintain vendor relationships.
• Establish & maintain library of client graphic files.
• Work with IT department in maintaining graphics equipment.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Requirements

Graphics Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree and combination of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated technical skills in a variety of graphics software/Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office. 
• 4+ years of graphics production experience required, trade show / event industry experience preferred.
• Strong organization/communication skills a must.
