About The Role
The Procurement Manager will be onsite, supporting the Associate Director of Supply Chain in leading and managing the company’s procurement activities to ensure a reliable supply of materials and services at the best value. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Excellent collaboration skills, ability to balance immediate and long term priorities and exceptional multi-tasking skills are a necessity.
Reporting Line
This positions reports to the Associate Director, Supply Chain.
Your Role
- Ensures consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for current needs as well as future demand
- Manage the purchasing team to place orders on a timely manner, as well as ensuring on-time delivery of materials to meet production timeline and customer ship dates
- Work cross-functionally with other departments regarding production goals and timelines
- Manage and build vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure cost savings and long-term agreements
- Analyze cost savings across multiple product categories using reports from our ERP system and strategize where there are opportunities
- Review supplier score cards and supplier evaluation forms to help assess the best supplier to move forward with
- Plan and allocate demands and forecasts across multiple projects and departments, while maintaining inventory level, as well as the ability to re-allocate as needed
- Become proficient in using our SAP system - pull multiple reports for data analysis on a weekly/monthly basis to review procurement KPI’s
- Work closely with Planning, Inventory, and Operations teams to forecast demand and manage material requirements
- Lead and mentor procurement staff, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
- Drive sustainability, risk management, and ethical sourcing practices within procurement operations.

Qualifications (Required)
- BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Experience procuring parts within OEM technology environments if preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to interface with suppliers and foster new and ongoing company relationships
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome
- Advanced working knowledge of ERP/SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel and Google programs
- Ability to adapt to change
Qualifications (Bonus To Have)
- Industry knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, technology, or OEM environment).
Position Details
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$125,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
