Lead Quality Auditor

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control audit plans.
• Identify testing parameters and oversee the ripening chamber process.
• Evaluate fresh product stages, test quality, and approve products for allocation.
• Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Document defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on standards and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Person Specifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance/inspection, preferably with fruit ripening handling or process exposure.
• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or Post-Harvest Management (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of industry standards with attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and team management skills with the ability to handle industry challenges.
• Research and development mindset with awareness of both internal and external industry environments.
