Your Key Responsibilities

• 글로벌 E-Mobility R&D 환경 구축 및 최적화를 위한 업무 지원
• Software, Hardware, System 전반에 걸친 PMT 체계의 표준화 및 정렬
• 복합적인 시스템 개발에 적합한 통합 개발 방법론 수립 및 실행
• 시장 및 고객사 동향 분석을 통해 PMT 전략에 반영하고, 경쟁력 있는 개발 환경 조성
• MBSE(Model-Based Systems Engineering), Agile, 데이터 기반 개발 등 디지털 전환 주도
• 본사 및 고객사와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 고객 요구사항을 내부 표준에 반영

Your Qualifications

• 전자, 기계, 자동차 공학 또는 관련 전공의 학사 학위 보유자
• Embedded SW, Hardware, System engineering 대한 기본적인 이해
• 다양한 부서와 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
• 영어 및 한국어 능통
