Your Profile

We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to guide the technical direction of our Web3 platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll act as a Technical Manager, support and grow a small team of engineers, make key architectural decisions, and ensure we deliver secure, scalable, and reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on decentralized applications, smart contracts, and supporting infrastructure
• Act as Technical Manager: oversee technical execution, manage engineering priorities, and provide direction on architecture and design
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure effective sprint planning, ceremonies, and delivery processes
• Work closely with product, design, and leadership to define technical priorities and align engineering work with business goals
• Oversee architecture, code quality, and security best practices for Web3 systems
• Contribute to coding, code reviews, and technical design discussions
• Ensure efficient development processes, including CI/CD, testing, and documentation
• Stay current with developments in web3/blockchain, layer 2 solutions, and decentralized protocols, and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering with 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Proven experience building and shipping distributed systems or Web3 products (e.g., smart contracts, dApps, wallets, or related infrastructure)
• Solid knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, Ethereum or similar platforms, and smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, or similar)
• Proficiency in modern backend and frontend frameworks (Node.js, React, or equivalent)
• Understanding of security concerns specific to decentralized applications
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with Scrum Masters or delivery managers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
