Supply Planner – Operational Planning & Projects (Sap Ibp Focus)

Location: Belgrade, RS

Full-Time | Hybrid/On-Site

Join our central planning team and help shape the future of our supply chain operations. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planner with a strong focus on operational planning, project execution, and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across teams, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic initiatives that contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Planning

  • - Develop and maintain short-term supply plans to meet demand while optimizing inventory and costs.
  • - Monitor inventory levels and execute replenishment strategies to ensure product availability.
  • - Coordinate with production, regional teams, and CTS to align manufacturing and distribution with forecasts.
  • - Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • - Partner with demand planning to integrate forecasts into supply plans.
  • - Identify supply constraints and develop contingency plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • - Participate in S&OE meetings to align on supply, production, and inventory strategies.

Project Support

  • - Contribute to the Planning Excellence Program:
  •   - Design supply planning functionalities.
  •   - Support testing (scripts, scenarios, data prep, defect tracking).
  •   - Assist with user training and documentation.
  •   - Ensure system and process readiness for go-live.
  • - Collaborate on SAP IBP initiatives to optimize processes and improve service levels.
  • - Monitor project KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Sap Ibp Key User

  • - Provide first-level support and maintain master data objects.
  • - Optimize planning parameters and trigger planning runs.
  • - Conduct user acceptance testing and maintain training materials.
  • - Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT.
  • - Perform system health checks and recommend process improvements.
  • - Align system capabilities with business needs through regular planning meetings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • - Work with supply chain planners (central, regional, plant), IT, finance, production, and logistics teams.
  • - Communicate system performance and improvement initiatives to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally in FMCG.- Proficiency in SAP IBP and ERP systems (SAP HANA/ECC); experience with the optimizer module is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in English language
