What is the job about?

• As our new Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you’ll ensure robust electronics design from concept to production, enabling smooth and predictable transfer across the full value chain.
• You’ll join the Domestic Building Service Product Development team—an international group of experts responsible for developing innovative pump solutions for homes around the world.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Drive product development with a focus on robust, manufacturable design (End-to-End approach)
• Collaborate closely with lead specialists in hardware design
• Ensure smooth transfer of product designs to production
• Take ownership of specific product or technology areas
• Share and build knowledge in hardware design, verification, and development methods
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to future roadmaps

Your Background

We Imagine That You Have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Hardware, Electronics)
• 5+ years of experience in hardware development
• Hands-on experience with product design from concept to production
• Expertise in Power Electronics (230V) and Electrical Safety Requirements
• Solid knowledge of EMC standards and mitigation techniques
• Experience with LT Spice simulations and design functionality verification
• Strong planning and time management skills
• A proactive, curious mindset and excellent communication skillsBonus if you bring knowledge of System Engineering and Design for Manufacturing—but this can be learned as you go.
